Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ZAPDRESS account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
